Shipping policy

• Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a standard $15.00 flat-rate shipping fee entirely within Canada.
• Our Courier Network: To ensure you get the most reliable service, we utilize different freight brokers to compare rates across multiple trusted national carriers and choose the best route. We prefer standard physical street addresses over PO boxes whenever possible.
• Checkout Requirement: A valid phone number is required at checkout to ensure secure carrier delivery updates.
• For local customers, skip shipping entirely by selecting "Pick Up" at checkout to grab your order at our Edmonton storefront!

Domestic Shipping (Canada):
We primarily ship within Canada using Canada Post. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. In the event of delays (e.g., courier service interruptions or high order volumes), we will communicate any changes to our standard timeline as promptly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed. If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us at urbanscrapbook@gmail.com.

Shipping Liability:
Urban Scrapbook LTD is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once a parcel has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Weather-Sensitive Products:
Please note that some of our products are temperature sensitive. During the winter months, certain orders may be held until it is safe to ship to ensure the quality and integrity of your items.
