Refund policy

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to help you find a resolve. 

DIGITAL PURCHASES are non refundable.

PRODUCT RETURNS are exchange or store credit only & must be within 10 days of purchase with receipt in unopened condition.  We are a retail store only a distributor or manufacturer can replace or repair defective items responsibility of the end user. If shipping an item back as a return it will be at customer expense.

Any Items shipped must be return shipped at customer expense.

PRE ORDER deposits are non-refundable and is only a portion of the cost (Unless otherwise stated) - The remainder of cost is calculated when product physically arrives. You agree to these terms when you provide payment. Balance will be due before Pick Up.

CLASSES & EVENTS are non refundable.
